Pet transportation to and from the train or bus station

At our service page, we offer the following transportation services for your pets to and from train and bus stations (urban and intercity):

– Reliable service (taking into account train and bus schedules)
– Responsible handling (ensuring the needs of your pet are met)
– Professionalism (experienced driver will be present at the station)
– Safety (meeting all necessary specifications)

Train Station:

It’s important to note that besides the owner, a ticket is also issued for the pet, with a reduced cost. Additionally, within the train carriage (alongside the owner), only small-sized pets are allowed. All other pets should be placed in a special crate.

If you choose to travel at night, you can rest assured that your pet can stay overnight in a specially designed carriage, where all the pets are accommodated.

For more information, please contact the respective train station.

Buses and Intercity Coaches:

According to the guidelines provided in the Citizen’s Guide, we present the following information:

Citizen’s Guide:

Only small-sized pets or pets serving as companions to individuals with disabilities (always wearing a leash and muzzle) are allowed to be transported on urban buses or intercity coaches (KTEL). Pets weighing no more than 10 kilograms are considered small-sized.

Urban Buses:

Allowed transport baskets have the following dimensions (in centimeters): 50 x 40 x [dimension].

Intercity Coaches (KTEL):

Allowed transport baskets have the following dimensions (in centimeters): 50 x 40 x [dimension].

In any case, the transportation of your pet can be carried out as long as it is placed in the passenger area under the owner’s supervision. Under no circumstances are unaccompanied animals allowed to be transported or placed in the luggage area. Each bus allows the transportation of up to 2 pets.

A pet’s health record book is required for every journey with intercity coaches.
